• We use a limited amount of interviewers on any given project to optimise quality of the fieldwork and limit learning curve situations.

• We have interviewers that each have their speciality area.  Some are excellent in quantitative research, others excel in qualitative research.  And even among the qualitative moderators, we have different levels of expertise and knowledge.

For internet research we can offer two solutions

• For patient research, we use an external panel for the internet based research, but we manage the design and the analysis ourselves.

• For physician research, we use our own web-research tool whereby Medxplore

• designs and programs the questionnaire
• conducts telephone recruitment (if suitable)
• follow-up on fieldwork progression
• conducts all analysis
• develops a panel of Gp's.

We manage a project ourselves from start to finish, despite the fact that we work with subcontractors and freelancers.
We keep control over our projects and are continuously aware of all issues which we can communicate with the client.
